The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the childcare centre, ensuring all services meet Malta’s national standards. They organise daily operations, guide and support staff, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and communicate with parents and the community. The Centre Manager ensures that children receive high-quality care and learning experiences every day.

The Early Childhood Educator works directly with children to plan and deliver age-appropriate learning and play activities. They observe and support each child’s development, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and communicate progress to parents. Educators follow national standards to ensure every child has a stimulating, caring, and inclusive experience.

The Assistant supports the Educator in daily care and learning activities, helping children during play, meals, and rest times. They prepare materials, supervise children to ensure safety, and provide additional support to children who need it. Assistants contribute to a safe, caring, and supportive environment and help maintain the high standards required by Maltese regulations.
